Help Us Test and Take Pictures of Our Tours

How would you like to be plied with free food and drink, get a great tour for free, and earn a discount on future tours?  If that sounds good to you then you should sign up to become an Urban Adventures Beta Tester and Photo Model.  We are always testing new tours and experiences and we need people to come and give us feedback on our designs.  We also need great photos of all of our tours and therefore we need fun, happy people to be models for those photo shoots.  All participants receive a free tour, free food and drink, and will also get a discount code that can be used on any future tours.  We particularly need folks that are available during the day during the work week.  To get on our list, just complete the form below and we'll be in touch soon.

    I hereby give Urban Adventures Pty Ltd and Urban Oyster, Inc. and their representatives and agents, the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, with respect to my likeness, performance and participation in its Video and Photographic communications:
     
    1. To record/photograph my likeness, performance and participation;
    2. To copyright the same in its own name or any other name which it may choose;
    3. To broadcast the Communications of the recording thereof one or more times over any internet site, station or stations, or to publicise the Communications or any portion thereof by any means, for any purpose whatsoever in whole or in part, including (but not by way of limitation), promotion, advertising, trade; and
    4. To use my name in connection therewith if it so chooses.
     
    I acknowledge that Urban Adventures Pty Ltd and Urban Oyster, Inc. are and will be the sole owner of all rights in and to the Communications and the recording/photography thereof, for all purposes in perpetuity.  I hereby assign copyright rights, publicity rights or any other rights that I may have regarding the Communications to Urban Adventures Pty Ltd and Urban Oyster, Inc..  I also hereby release Urban Adventures Pty Ltd and Urban Oyster, Inc. from any and all claims of any nature whatsoever which I could or might have against the releases by reason of any fact or matter whatsoever.
