The mission of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Center is to celebrate the past, present, and future of the yard and its relationship to the community through its exhibits, events, and programs. Slated to open in 2011, the new Center will include an exhibition, guided tours, community meeting and event space and leasable space for mission-related not-for-profit organizations.
