The original shop in the heart of Greenwich Village is small and simply decorated. The main feature is the food. The rolls are warm paratha wraps (Indian flat bread) stuffed with vegetables, cheese and proteins like beef, lamb, shrimp, egg, chana masala, paneer cheese or other options. You can also make it a whole wheat roti and can always get it served hot.
We're big fans of their Midtown location (on 39th just below Bryant Park), the perfect meal to grab in a neighborhood filled with chain-stores (except for the few gems on our Beyond Broadway Tour of course... :) )
