Spritzenhaus
Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Escape the winter cold and spend an afternoon in Germany. At the Spritzenhaus, you will feel as if you have been transported to Germany with their specialty Bratwurst and top-notch beer selection. They also have a real wood-burning fireplace that is open on all sides, so that seating is available if you want to get warm and cozy! If you want to learn more about the Spritzenhaus, and all it has to offer, click here.

Black Rabbit
Brooklyn, New York

Described as dark and intimate, Black Rabbit is a 19th Century British inspired pub with great food, a fireplace, and a beer garden. With a full kitchen that’s open all day and a variety of drinks available, the fireplace is the icing on the cake for a cold wintery day. Added bonus: they have tons of games you can play as you sit by the fire and warm up! For more information about Black Rabbit, click here.

Union Hall
Brooklyn, NY

Union Hall has everything you need for a cold winter day: cozy firesides, a library, two indoor bocce courts, and a downstairs bar and music venue. Also, their kitchen is open 5pm-Midnight, Monday-Friday & 1pm-Midnight, Saturday and Sunday. While most people rave about the bocce ball courts, don’t neglect the comfy leather chairs and couches by the fire, as well as the Victorian seating up in the loft, and oversized booths to make yourself comfortable.
