Vegan Burger Competition, Harlem Collab Dinner, Beer From All Five Boroughs, + A Festival of Brunch
This is not your typical burger competition. All the burgers vying for the supremacy at VSPOT Organic are actually vegan. This is a tasty event leading up to the NYC Vegetarian Food Festival on May 19. Come taste the plant-based burgers, be surprised at how good these meatless patties can be, and vote on your favorite.
As part of the weeklong Harlem EatUp! festival, this collaborative dinner brings the flavors of downtown and uptown together. Eat out at our favorite Harlem seafood restaurant at this special dinner hosted by LoLo's owner Leticia Young and chef Raymond Zamata Mohan who welcome Chefs Janine Booth and Jeff McInnis from Root & Bone to join them in the kitchen.
All five boroughs are represented (and then some) at this incredible event featuring 50 breweries. This annual party is one of the best organized beer fests in the city - there will be live music, great food, and plenty of local and rare beer to go around. It all goes down at The Well which is a highlight of our Brewed in Brooklyn tour.
If you wish you could sit outside, eating poached eggs, and drinking mimosas all day long, then this is the event for you. Make the most of your morning/afternoon meal by sampling from thirty different brunch vendors and indulging at the open mimosa and Bloody Mary bar.
