For the third annual sausage and pork fest, Arrogant Swine owner Tyson Ho has put together inventive and diverse all-you-can-eat links like jerk chicken sausage and veal sausage with Pakistani seasoning. To wash it all down, local beer gurus Chris Cuzme and Joshua Bernstein have selected 10 of the city's best homebrews to pour alongside seasonal beers from some of the city's best craft brewers.
