The King of Brisket, Festival of Travel, A Mansion of Beer, + Release Party for Wines Made on a Rooftop
Ring in the warm weather at this annual celebration of the king of meats: tender, smoky brisket. Twenty-five chefs from around New York will compete with their version of brisket in hopes of winning the Golden Calf Best Brisket statue. The evening includes unlimited brisket samples, craft beer, cider, and signature cocktails.

For two nights, The Well transforms into a magical beer mansion with mutliple rooms pouring tastings from Brooklyn Brewery, Other Half, Strong Rope, and others. Food from local favorites Roberta's and Bunker will be on offer, in addition to live music and other great surprises. Did you know there is a vineyard on a rooftop in Brooklyn? Rooftop Reds is waiting for their vines to mature but are currently producing wines with grapes sourced from Finger Lake vineyards and showcase other unique wine from local vineyards. At this special Earth Day event, they will be rolling out nine different wines for you to try.
