Labor Day Beer and BBQ, KCBC Birthday Bash, Oysters on Staten Island, + Traditional Italian Festival in the Bronx
For us, Labor Day is all about beer and BBQ. Celebrate the holiday at the 5th annual all-day food and beer gathering at The Cannibal . The menu includes the Cannibal's famous hot dogs, brats, and flank steaks. Kegs will be flowing with great beer and as long as you have the $45 bracelet and cup, you can eat and drink until you've had your fill. Happy Holiday indeed!!
Kings County Brewers Collective have been brewing great flavorful beers in Bushwick for a full year now! Amazing! As a happy birthday, join them at the brewery as they roll out some brand new brews like a new Double IPA and a barrel-aged sour. There'll be food, music, and plenty of fresh beer!!
It's the return of Oysterfest once again at Staten Island's first modern brewery, Flagship. A quick walk from the ferry, Flagship will be amping up the festivities all day long with live music, food, beer, and of course freshly shucked oysters, which are a nod to the borough's long history of oystering. And as always, they will be releasing their special Oyster Stout just for the event.
Head up to Arthur Avenue, where we run our newest tour, for the annual Ferragosto event. This centuries-old tradition celebrates the harvest season and brings families together to honor the long-standing Italian culture of this Bronx neighborhood, also known as the real Little Italy. There will be street performers, kid's activities, great music, and of course, lots of Italian food.
