There's nothing like that local, cozy neighborhood spot where you grab your usual booth to eat and enjoy good company or a good book.  But if you live in Cobble Hill, that local spot just so happens to be a foodie haven.  Ted & Honey can't be missed, with their bright red store-front and upscale farm decor.  They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 7 days a week.  The space transforms from a casual cafe by morning to a cozy wine bar atmosphere at night.
The food is all made in house, from scratch (even things like the mustard, cheese, and pickles!).  Sustainability is a huge priority to Ted & Honey and so they've formed relationships with local farmers to bring in incredibly fresh produce.  Farms from Long Island, upstate New York, and Pennsylvania all provide the seasonal and organic produce as well as the meat and eggs.  They also support Brooklyn businesses by having their bread made a few blocks away at a local baker, Caputo's.  And their house blend coffee comes from D'Amico's, a long-time Brooklyn roasting company.
You'll find all of your favorite foods with a slight twist (with major flavor impact).  A classic BLT, for example, is served as a BLAT which contains local bacon, fresh heirloom tomatoes, an avocado, and aioli sauce made in-house.  You can even bring a little bit of Ted & Honey home with you from their market which carries Chef Ted's canned sauces, house made granola, the famous  "Chef Ted's Orange Apricot Jalapeño and Chipotle Hot Sauce" and more!  Not only is the food delicious, but you'll feel good as well contributing to such a passionate foodie mission
