A funky and artistic modern-day speakeasy on Bowery, owned by a trio of women from the food, fashion, and entertainment industry.
The "Wise Men" was named after a steakhouse that owner Christina Chin's family owned in Chinatown in the 1970's. The mural on the wall is a photograph from the original restaurant; the first western style steakhouse in China.
Come to the Wise Men for its cocktails with unique ingredients. They feature International ingredients like Solbeso (from South America) which couldn't be imported during Prohibition. They also have a full menu including bavette steak and crab toast that you can enjoy in a trendy setting.
