A rotating selection of local beers, ciders, kombuchas, and sodas paired with a variety of cured meats, hams, and jerky.
After the success of Stinky Brooklyn, Patrick Watson and Michelle Pravda decided to branch out and focus a little more intensely on craft beers and artisanal hams. Here, they have 20 rotating draft lines for growler fills and a Spanish-style ham bar where the meat is sliced right off the bone.
What's the Deal?
The ever-growing artsy neighborhood of Bushwick has lots of options when it comes to restaurants and bars, but it was yearning for a take-away provisions store. While the focus is on hops and hocks, you can also come here for pickles, mayonnaise, and prepared sandwiches. And when you're hear shopping for all your holiday food needs, don't forget to ask about the Beer of the Month Club.
