A no-frills Shanghainese spot in Flushing.
Soup Dumplings. Period.
What's the Deal?
These are some of the best soup dumplings in the city- you can watch the kitchen crew all shoved in the tiny kitchen serving them up fresh as you walk to your seat. The spot is busy, but, as most places in Flushing, not as chaotic + stressful as you'd find in Manhattan's Chinatown. English menu's + waiters are easy to get + you can't beat the price. As with most small amazing spots in NYC: Cash Only.
You can visit Nan Xiang Dumpling House in Flushing, last stop on the 7 train ("Main Street").
