A high quality Vermouth that's delicious on it's own.
Fresh, seasonal ingredients (without added sugar).
What's the Deal?
The inventive, small batch aperitifs (apple mint, beet eucalyptus, serrano chile lavender, butternut squash, pear ginger...) are all done seasonally so you know what you're getting is fresh. Many of the herbs, dried by Uncouth Vermouth are foraged, the rest bought directly from farmers upstate. Sweetened with fruits or wines, you end up with a "non-syrupy" Vermouth which can be enjoyed on it's own, or mixed into your favorite classic cocktail.
You can get to Uncouth Vermouth from the F, G Smith/9th St. station (a 30m walk) or with the Water Taxi Red Hook Dock. They're open on Saturdays from 12-5pm.
