Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase
Tickets are only valid for the date and time for which they are purchased. Once purchased, tickets may not be used or exchanged for any other date or time. During purchase, you must review all booking details carefully to ensure that all are correct and that there are no errors.
Because we limit the number of participants on our tours, Urban Oyster will not reschedule or refund tickets that are canceled within 72 hours of the tour start time. If you cancel prior to 72 hours (3 days) before the tour, there will be a service charge of $10 per ticket. If you have to cancel due to an emergency, please call us at (347) 599-1842 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We give our tours rain or shine. There will be no refunds due to weather conditions unless Urban Oyster cancels the tour due to safety concerns, in which case we will call you no later than three hours prior to your scheduled tour time.
Photos and Videos:
Visitors are welcome to take photographs for personal use on all of our tours. Any photography that will be used for commercial purposes, however, must receive the written approval of Urban Oyster in order to be used for that purpose. Video recording of all tours is strictly prohibited unless you first receive permission from Urban Oyster.
