Cheese, Chocolate, and Booze Pairing
A culinary class where you and your friends will learn the finer points of pairing cheese and chocolate with beer, wine and liquor.
This class celebrates the three most delicious things you can eat.  Cheese, Chocolate and Booze.  We will select a variety of each and teach you how you can pair them for maximum enjoyment.  We will train your palate to pick up the sweet, bitter, floral, and earthy in all of them and you'll learn principles for matching these flavors to create amazing pairings for your next party or even just your next night at home in front of the TV.  It's a great way to learn and have fun with friends, co-workers, and others.  We host the event at our partner's shop, Brooklyn Wine Exchange, in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn*.  Afterwards you'll have a chance to buy some of the things we tasted to take home with or to continue the party somewhere else.  Event price includes your tasting experts, food and drink, as well as a take home guide and notes booklet. 

Pricing:  $90/person (10 Person Minimum)
Group Size: 10-40 people

*We can also host this tasting in your home or office if you prefer.
