Is Brooklyn super cool, sure (even Nikki begrudgingly admits that it is) but Queens is pretty cool on it's own account- especially when it comes to food.
That's why last Tues found Nikki eating her way around the world at Queens Taste, organized each year by the Queens Economic Development Corporation with vendors from all over the borough serving up food + drink.
Here's what she ate [+ where you can grab some too].
F. Ottomanelli, Bacon Cheddar Burger, Woodside.
Closest subway station: The 7 train to 69th St. or the E,M, R trains to 65th St.
Rose House, Crepe Cakes, Flushing.
Closest subway station: The 7 train to Main St.
Sabor de Cuba, Coconut Sangria, Astoria.
Alobar, Pierogie, Long Island City.
Rudy's Bakery + Cafe, Alfajores, Ridgewood.
You can check out the full list of participants here + stay tuned to our instagram feed for more of what Nikki ate.
